I had plumbing work done at my property in SB. Lewis came out, did the job well, and sent an invoice. That was a bit of a shock—especially given that there is only a one-year warranty on parts and labor, and they use materials that they claim are very high quality and therefore very expensive. So, I expressed my concerns about these things and also the fact that there was no estimate provided for a relatively small job that took almost 10 hours (in reality, it is more of a 5-hour job). But, I wasn't there, so I just have to trust. However, after receiving a few threats from them via telephone conversation and a few email exchanges, we came to an agreement and settled to satisfy both sides. Hence the reason I am still giving 4 stars. Here are my recommendations before you decide to use them: 1. Get an estimate 2. Forgo the warranty on parts! 1-year warranty for high-quality items is not representative of high quality 3. Buy your own parts since they will last maybe not as long, but after a year you are on the hook again anyway if something cheaper or very expensive breaks!
