No leaks and better drainage
Workers and office receptionist were very courteous. They replaced the plumbing under my sink at 405 W Alamar and used stainless pipes instead of cheap plastic. There's no leaks and my sink drains better than it ever has!! Thank you Lewis Plumbing!!

I had plumbing work done at my property in SB. Lewis came out, did the job well, and sent an invoice. That was a bit of a shock—especially given that there is only a one-year warranty on parts and labor, and they use materials that they claim are very high quality and therefore very expensive. So, I expressed my concerns about these things and also the fact that there was no estimate provided for a relatively small job that took almost 10 hours (in reality, it is more of a 5-hour job). But, I wasn't there, so I just have to trust. However, after receiving a few threats from them via telephone conversation and a few email exchanges, we came to an agreement and settled to satisfy both sides. Hence the reason I am still giving 4 stars. Here are my recommendations before you decide to use them: 1. Get an estimate 2. Forgo the warranty on parts! 1-year warranty for high-quality items is not representative of high quality 3. Buy your own parts since they will last maybe not as long, but after a year you are on the hook again anyway if something cheaper or very expensive breaks!

Our Navien tankless water heater—normally awesome—had begun to turn off in the middle of a shower. Matt from Lewis Plumbing came out next day, listened to the symptoms, and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. He explained what was happening and fixed it with a very inexpensive part. I was so impressed I asked him to do a service on the unit and also our other tankless water heater. Organized and Reliable
Lewis Plumbing has done an awesome job for me. They are organized and reliable. I had them come in to fix a bunch of stuff a less talented plumber had done during a remodel. Everything I threw at them, they handled perfectly. They did an entire house pretty much over the last year and made it very easy for me. On this last service, I thought my problem was plumbing related, but it turned out to be an electrical problem. Matt was here, helped the electrician diagnose the issue, and told me there wasn't going to be a charge. He still spent 30 minutes here, but didn't charge me. I'm not saying he will do that for everyone, but I have no doubt Matt cares about his customers. Lewis is a big company, you probably see their trucks all over, but it feels like a small family-run business because everyone with that company is so friendly. Nice people, and can fix everything, that's a great plumbing biz!
